Straight Flight, Inc.
Experts in Aircraft Composite Repair and Fabrication
Aircraft composite construction can be Fiberglass, Kevlar, Carbon Fiber and Metal-to-Metal bonding. We are fully capable of repairing aircraft or new part fabrication in any of these material mediums. In addition to our earth atmosphere bound aircraft, we have fabricated tooling and produced carbon fiber body panels for the Reusable Launch Vehicle (RLV), the SNC Dream Chaser®.

Cessna 206 Belly Door Fairing
In support of our Cessna Aircraft 206H/T206H Aft Camera Portal STC we designed and built our own fiberglass fairings for the electric belly door option.
Outside of Aviation – Part Fabrication
Straight Flight’s production steps outside of the aviation industry to all types of custom prototype fabrication. The shots below are the tooling and final finished carbon fiber fuel tank cover for the Ronin Motorworks Magpul custom motorcycle.
NASA CCDEV Program – SNC Space Systems Dream Chaser™
Straight Flight participated in the phase 1 development of the replacement spacecraft for the NASA Space Shuttle. Assisting in the fabrication of both tooling and prototype parts, we utilized our highly skilled composite technicians to deliver several large exterior body panels.
Wing Panels for NASA WB57F Aircraft
After assisting the recovery of the aircraft that was being stored in Tucson, Arizona, for nearly 30 years Straight Flight fabricated new replacement wing panels. These panels are all aluminum construction requiring autoclave curing on custom tooling built by Straight Flight.
